I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is an absolute scam. I went in there to find scrubs, first complaint is they barely had any sets of colors that match everything was just mixed. Second, I was told from Katie that she will order my scrubs and it will get to me in 5 business days… 2 weeks comes around and still no scrubs delivered to my house. I had a terrible experience with this scrub store. After placing my order, they failed to send it, and despite waiting a month and constantly calling and following up, they did nothing to solve the issue. I wasted a significant amount of time trying to get answers. Finally, after a month, they refunded my money but claimed they would still send my order due to their mistake. I was told Friday morning that my order would be ready anytime on Saturday. when I got there Saturday morning I was told that only my pants were ready and they were still waiting on embroidery. I was told that my top s with the embroidery should be ready in about an hour hour and a half and that she would call me when they were ready. I live 45 minutes away so I did not want to drive all the way home and have to come back to pick them up another day. so I waited. I needed a scrub top quickly but wasn't sure on size availability. Called and spoke to Robin. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Went to the store and we were greeted at the door. Although there were nice sales racks, I found the prices a little expensive for my budget. They do have a great selection and friendly staff!! Would recommend for certain occasions.
