Fast, efficient service - can't fault.
We were stranded on a dangerous point on the motorway for 5 hours thanks to the AA. We rang Simply Tyres for a replacement and they said they'll be there in 45 minutes but they actually came in 15. The man who came to replace our tyre was very polite and professional and completed the job very fast! He had a lot of patience as we stopped him as soon as we set off due to a warning light for low tyre pressure, and he double checked it without an attitude or anything, even though the warning light came on by mistake.
Absolutely amazing service. Were with me within half an hour and sorting the tyre was so quick. Fab customer service over the phone and from the tyre fitter. Number is now saved for future emergencies! Thank you!!!
