From meeting Elizabeth whom was my first interaction I was put at ease. She explained the process of choosing the tile through having it installed. Then I met Mateus who came to assess the job and was delightful too! Then Carlos produced a bid we felt very fair. Simply Tiles was amazing to work with for our kitchen remodel and we are so happy with the results. Elizabeth in the design center was so helpful in understanding our vision and helping us select the right materials. Carlos and his team did a great job executing the project and making our vision come to life. We are especially happy with the quality of the cabinets they installed, they are much nicer than the prefab cabinets we saw from other contractors. I would love to work with Simply Tiles again in the future!
Great selection and even better customer service! After looking at Lowe’s, Home Depot and Floor & Decor we were quite frustrated. Elizabeth at Simply Tiles Design Center helped us find the perfect tile for our kitchen backsplash and we couldn’t be happier!
