Nice on the phone, goes over everything
Bill handles my lawn and he is superb. Very professional and goes the extra mile. Always gives me pointers and keeps me involved in the process. Best lawn on the block and all I do is cut it, Bill does the rest. Now that Bill has retired two different techs have treated the lawn. Remains to be seen if they can do as good a service as Bill Oct 2025 update Bill has retired but Jorge Castillo-Pineda has picked up right where he left off with superb service. I don't often get to speak with Jorge but he is over the top
