Course completed here and cannot get ahold of them for access to certificates. They won’t answer the phone and their voicemail is full. Went to the facility, it’s a new business now. They’re gone. Tried calling the building office to see if they have updated info, spoke with a “Shila”. Literally the worst customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to. Didn’t help at all, interrupts, and is so unbelievably rude. So guess we’re just out of hundreds of dollars and out of luck.

Documents were never submitted to the state to reflect IV certified on my license. Office has since moved and I have not been able to locate them to follow up. Leasing office at location states they moved out on a weekend with no notification, website is still active and allows you to pay for a course but phone number on website goes to voicemail with a full mailbox so you are unable to speak with anyone.
Yeah! The Best
I signed up for courses and half-way through the course, the school disappeared off the face of the planet! Now I'm out the tuition I paid into it and the certificate I was aiming to receive for finishing the course!
