Never met a more honest and transparent mechanic until now. Came with a handful of issues to investigate, and was told that the repairs are optional and none of the issues are critical to the vehicle’s health.
The lady who answers the phone told me to go at some other mechanic shop when we were talking about prices. Really bad customer service.
I can't even begin to thank Victoria and Vlad enough for the service they provided. They are so kind and honest, and they went out of their way to help me with my unconventional little Kei truck. I strongly recommend Simply The Best Auto!!
