I have been coming to this shop for several years. Unfortunately, the level of customer care, mutual respect, and professional service has consistently declined. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I’ve known Vlad for several years and had even referred a few friends to this shop. Vladimir did an excellent job in replacing the clutch components of my Subaru Outback. I have been a long time customer of Simply The Best Auto and can very highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality auto repair in a timely fashion at a fair price. This is a family run business, Victoria and Vladimir are very hard working and make sure that each customer is treated well.
They are still quality work and service, family owned and operated. Trustworthy, friendly and wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
