Scammer. Chris took a $5500 deposit on a job. I cancelled the contract because of bad work on another job. Chris would not give my deposit back so I took him to small claims court and won. Still no refund. Beware!!!!
I contracted Simply Sweet Constructions to work at my daughters house. She was so pleased with their work that I decided to use them. I contracted to have my cabin deck enlarged and remodeled. Then I had them come to my other house and lift the kitchen floor 3.5 inches because I'm short and can't reach my cabinet shelves. So, next they will be moving on to my sisters house to do work for her. When you find someone that not only want to work but do good work you spread the word and I did!
