Would love to leave a review but my son’s appointment was cancelled 15minutes before our arrival time of 7pm. Was told the stylist was sick and couldn’t finish her last appointment. I was offered a Friday morning appointment but I’m a single mom who works traditional full time hours. Lost three customers but doubt you care given the lack of customer service. If I would have cancelled 15min prior to my appointment, I would’ve been charged $20. My thoughts to patrons before my appointment…I hope she wasn’t contagious.
