This place sucks! I took both my kids here and waitwd over 2 hours to be seen at all 7 visits. It didn't matter if I came in the morning or later in the day. Then the last time I was 20 minutes late due to traffic and secretary had the nerve to get an attitude and say she didn't think he was going to see my daughter. Talk about hypocrites! The doctor was always nice and did everything pain free, but the staff is awful! Most of the girls are interns and clueless.
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I’ve had a terrible experience with this orthodontist office since I first started my orthodontic work. Everytime you would go into the office there would always be different people at the front desk and different people working on your teeth. Seem to have a very high turn over. Which is not a good sign to me. If I have someone working in my mouth I want to be able to trust them, and having different people in there everytime you go does not make you feel you can trust them! If I could give 0 stars I would, they kept me in braces on for 10 years and my teeth are not straight ! They refused to take responsibility, but if you're looking for cheap then you have came to the right place. This place isn't professional and I will never recommend Simply Straight Orthodontics to anyone ! THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO ! This place is terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone needing braces. I was supposed to get mine off in June and they called the week before to reschedule to July. Then the week I was supposed to have them taken off they sent a robo call saying they’re changing ownership and will be closed until the sale is done. That was July 9th and it’s July 31st and still nothing. If it was possible to give no stars then I would. Please for your sake fine someone else.
