I was here for about 8 years and finally got rid of the anchor/RV I was storing there (another story). I moved my trailer out on the 28th and let them know on the 30th. Supposed to give them 7 days, which is fair. They went ahead and let me slide on the last month's rent. Thank you Simply Storage! The grounds were always clean, no rodents and my trailer had some openings but somehow, no spiders or other insects took up board in my little camper. Never had issues with the place.
We stored with them on short notice. We ended up finding a trailer we wanted unexpectedly. They were really great and got us processed and approved quickly the day before the holiday weekend. Was very easy to get in after hours and find our spot!
Always received great customer from Simply Storage. Even when not available to take calls they always returned my call. I never had issues while storing my RV here, just moved to covered parking.
No fuss, no muss, no bother.
