Clean, well run facility; would highly recommend!
The access to restrooms are now restricted to only the one at the main building.( The electronic door lock doesn't work, so be sure to use the back up manual lock ) The other restrooms are only accessible to renters next to those renters that appear to live there. . Gate access is 6 AM till 10 PM. Grounds and restroom kept clean. Don't try to access off of Sheridan during working hours, as that intersection is a mess. This place is absolutely horrible! I shattered my right leg in August was in the hospital for 2 weeks and out of work for two months. I got behind on my unit that I rented for six years, I always paid my bill! I owed them 1,441$, rent 360*3, late fees 70*3, and 150$ auction fee. I came into the office and told Paul I had 1,200$ cash to pay and that I could pay remaining balance of 200$ the following week. He refused to except the payment and ended up selling everything my daughter and I own to some idiot online for 3,000$!!!... read more
