When I decided to buy standing floor speakers, I feel truly lucky that I ended up purchasing them here instead of at big stores. Dave let me listen to several speakers and helped me explore various styles so I could find the exact sound I was looking for. Got a great pair of Paradigm speakers from Simply Stereo, Jeff was great with delivery, installation and great personalized customer service. Went back to replace my turntable and Dave talked me out of it. Came to my house, found that my turntable needed a new power cord and cartridge. Dave did a great job calibrating it and his expert advice was spot on and saved me from buying new equipment. Thanks Simply Stereo, Jeff and Dave!!!
Wanted to try a local business to get some cables for my home theater. They were open for business today but no one came to greet us. It was already awkward because there is minimal signage and we couldn't turn left. Had to loop back around and missed the building. Walked around in the first floor area and no one was there. I called several times up the stairs and heard the TV running. Seemed like a nice place to demo new equipment however we got 0 service.
This place is incredible. Dave was able to help me same day, I am 10 min away from the store. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to connect existing wired speakers from our previous home owners and he was able to help me immediately. I highly recommend using them!!
