Had booked Simply Stems Wangaratta for my wedding in May this year and ended up cancelling my booking with them. After hearing from all my other suppliers, realised I hadn't heard from Simply Stems. Rang their Wangaratta store, was told I had to call the Shepparton store. Rang the Shepparton store and was told that "if I paid a deposit I would have a booking but we are not aware of a wedding happening in Milawa" which did not fill me with confidence. I am very disappointed with the arrangement I had ordered for a 60th wedding anniversary . I spent a lot of money & would have brought a better arrangement at Woolworths for a quarter of the price. I was told they would send me a picture of the arrangement that I didn’t receive , I can understand that now after seeing the arrangement myself, it wasn’t very special .
Very disappointed with the quality of the 4 small flowers and greenery in a bouquet that I purchased recently. They are highly overpriced and not worth spending your money at this store. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the arrangement to the Manager and received the rudest and unprofessional behaviour from a customer service worker. She was so disrespectful and spoke with a raised voice and ranted on. Very unhinged individual.
