Like Jessica Smith, I cannot recommend SImply Steamboat. My sentiments are almost identical to hers. I quote “ We found Simply Steamboat to be unprofessional & unapologetically so. I cannot recommend this company & really wanted to give a local company my business. As an owner, they were unable to get our property that is located in Trappeurs Crossing (the property that they themselves are located) on VRBO or Airbnb. After having our property for 3 months, they were also unable to rent it. It was not visible on Airbnb or VRBO & they themselves said they did not know how to fix it and get our property visible or searchable. As a result, the our property sat vacant for the entire summer.
