Made a booking request on Tuesday for the following Monday. Didn’t hear anything until Friday 4pm when they told me no cleaner was available on the day that I had requested, and are you flexible with dates. I wrote back and said no the cleaning service has to be that day, and I assumed the booking matter was done at that point. My experience was excellent. The work and service were high quality. Radwan was easy to deal with and went above and beyond.
Had an end of lease clean with steam cleaning and pest control included! It was great to be able to organize the carpets and pest control all within the same package that I purchased. It was a stress saver for me and they did a fabulous job! Would highly recommend the team!
Really happy with my move-out clean. The cleaner was punctual, communicated well and left the place sparkling. Would highly recommend
Paid for a “deep clean” and I can’t even get a basic dust done… Skirting boards not touched, behind doors not vacuumed, no effort in moving any items to clean. Put that aside most of my household items don’t look like they’ve even been dusted or touched. First time using this company and I am not impressed.
