My original experience the first scheduled clean was extremely disappointing. The cleaner did not attend, there was no communication, and I was only contacted several hours later to be told the appointment had essentially been forgotten. The way this was handled by the weekend team at the time was very poor and left me extremely frustrated. Booked in for a deep clean for a house inspection and they have no showed and won’t answer any of my calls/text on the number that was provided to me for the cleaner. No communication regarding them not showing up either. I also emailed and tried to call their 1300 number, but as it’s the weekend I wasn’t able to get through to anyone. The money is still pending to be taken out of my account, so I will be requesting a full refund.
