The friendly team at Simply Spotless were wonderful. The online booking system made it so easy to arrange and the team's communication both in the lead up and on the day was great. They did an awesome job of the deep clean and were good value too!
Absolutely horrible service. Paid for a end of lease clean with all the additional extras they offer from 'professional' carpet clean, oven, balcony and glass sliding doors and for a single bedroom apartment the total was around $700. They showed up late on the first visit and gave a young lady a quick run-down of the carpet cleaner. She was left unassisted and untrained to do the entire place on her own over night. Extremely unhelpful - don't claim a bond back guarantee if you do not hold up to that. Will never use this service nor recommend. Got overcharged for an hour and the clean took 2 and a half hours less than I had already booked.
Punctual and professional. Organised and friendly. Highly recommend.
