Warning to others, use this service at your own peril! Not worth the stress and hassle in my opinion. I booked an end of lease clean for a two bed two bathroom apartment and was assigned Deepti’s team. The cleaning crew showed up at my apartment at 7:40am and said he would call to provide an update when the cleaning was complete. It was my first time ordering a cleaning service and they did a fantastic job for my place :)
My last clean used Dirty mops and cloths. All ai saw him use was glass cleaner. Don’t use this service. One cleaner named Bulbul is the only cleaner that does a decent job. But he wasn’t available. Ew!! Don’t use simply spotless.
Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend We booked a deep clean of our two-bedroom apartment, followed by a fortnightly maintenance clean. Unfortunately, after our first (deep clean) appointment yesterday, we definitely will not continue with Simply Spotless. Excellent cleaning service throughout the house. Efficient and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend the two people who did our cleaning.
