I reached out to this company by phone to request a cleaning quote and answered their initial questions. I let them know I would follow up with an email to confirm and schedule a time for them to view the property. Despite sending another follow-up email, I never heard back from them. I understand companies can get busy, but even a quick response letting me know they were unable to help would have been appreciated.
Simply Spotless did a great job for us, performing a move-out cleaning before the house was listed for sale. The house positively sparkled after Kathy was finished. Communication was easy with Kathy providing quick replies to my questions. We would hire Simply Spotless again in a heartbeat and recommend giving Kathy or Melissa a call.
Simply spotless has been cleaning our home for nearly a decade. The house is left feeling sparkly and fresh. I love the safe healthy products they use. They clean while I work from home and are quiet and respectful. They are very kind and thoughtful too so I love the days they clean and I get to see them!
Simply spotless lives up to their name! I have dark floors and it is hard to make them look clean. This company is phenomenal at caring for our home, and the dark floors are always spotless after they clean. They are professional, thorough and experts at their work. I highly recommend!!!
I've been using Simply Spotless since the fall of 2022. Melissa is incredibly professional, on time, and very detailed with her cleaning. She works with my schedule and is flexible. I look forward to my "Melissa days" when I come home to a sparkling clean home. It's the gift I should have given myself a long time ago!
