This company is an absolute dumpster fire when it comes to actually providing services. They accept my insurance and have availability for new patients, yet after months of inquiring and delayed communication and me patiently waiting for my 4-year-old to start services, it became painfully clear that they are completely incapable of handling something as basic as benefits verification. My kiddo saw Erin for a while because he has an espressive speech delay. She was excellent with him. She met him where he was and found ways to incorporate the speech lessons in the play he was interested in. She also gave us some great strategies to reinforce at home. I highly recommend her!
