Nobody answered the phone, I had been trying to call for one week. Finally reached there office asked for an appointment, and they said we're not accepting new patients. But online, on bc SLP services search, they are showing YES to accepting new patients. Nobody even bothered to update it online or at least provide information on phone if someone calls. Very unprofessional
