I RECOMMEND!! I decided I needed to update my kitchen after like almost 20 years. I stopped by Simply Southern Homes and sat down with the owner Jeff. Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen in about 2 and a half weeks. He came to my home 2 days after our sit down to take measurements. if I could give him negative stars I would I have spent years trying to get him to remedy the terrible work he did on my home I spent almost 100,000 in a full upstairs remodel. tile doesn’t even have grout around it, floor was not done to standards is already creaking, uneven walls chipping paint. more problems then I can list. I did this renovation while enlisted and he takes advantage that I’m not here to see if he corrects or not. my house is an honest contractors worst nightmare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Early in the summer Simply Southern Homes came in and was able to help us get our Kitchen remodeled to the way my wanted, even taking down an existing wall to create a more open feel in the living space. Jeff was able to coordinate with his team and contractors to get the work completed while dealing with some unforeseen adversity that arose.
