They dont even answer my calls. Job not finished, the generator never been installed since 12/2020 and the new thing no tax credit as they said. But the only thing is true is the monthly loan payment and soon another extra $100.00 per month because no federal tax credit

I wish I could give this company a zero, zero stars!! Nothing by lies, scams, no returned phone calls, telling us they will come out and fix our panels and no one shows up. Pam NEVER answers the phone. This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Generator never showed as promised. Everyone stopped answering the phones. We are stuck paying both a solar and electric bill. This company also decided to change their name to Green power solutions, and currently doing the same thing, lying, stealing and scamming people! Worst experience ever! Have been waiting for my generator since November 2020 and still no answer.. Pam and her team stoped answering there phones and I’m stuck with figuring everything out which there is mistakes done on there behalf and I now can’t fix it… seeking legal advice

This company is ripping homeowners off selling systems for over $5w, thats insane... They also just completed a new install with at least 3 year old 255w modules and inverters from 2012 not 2020.... Beware, i warned you.

First I would like to say that Pam and the entire team were professional and very informing. Even with this pandemic looming they still got everything done from permits to installation to paperwork completed for the state. I am still waiting on my home generator that was a promotional offer but I’m sure that will pan out as everything else did. Great job Simply Solar.
