Simply Solar saved the day after a 2-year nightmare! I cannot recommend Simply Solar enough. I originally had solar panels installed by a different company that never finished the job, leaving me in a "traumatic" loop for two years of paying for panels that didn't even work while dealing with zero communication. Thanks for everything Rachel! We actually got two systems with Simply Solar. They are professional, fast to respond, and have transparent communication. Great team from the project manager, to the battery and system experts, to the people doing the installation. We liked working with them so much that we added to our system over time. Where to begin, my dealings with Simply Solar have been one of the most frustrating experience with any business so far. Their failure to schedule a short and simple job led to months of delay for my reroofing project. We are talking about 3-4 months. We had an unambiguous “no cost remove-and-replace” clause in the contract if I wanted a new roof after putting solar panels on. I have paid the amount for pre booking. I did not receive any receipt. When called on there customer care, they promised to share the receipt. Its been 4 days, they are neither responding on my emails nor picking up the call. Should I call it a fraud ?

Simply Solar has been simply excellent to work with from the initial meeting with Jeff Walkup, through the design, planning and permitting with Adam Kanoff to the final install with Jerry Fang. Jerry and has team completed our install within the two days they budgeted. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly and were thoughtful about equipment and conduit locations. We had a tricky roof to get onto and they never hesitated. Jerry is clearly experienced and I highly recommend working with Simply Solar.
