Karly, burned my skin during a brow lamination on Monday June 19, 2023. During the session I told her my skin was burning, she did not stop. She was wearing gloves, but kept touching her phone and continued to touch my face. After the service, I contacted her about my concerns and sent her photos of my burned face. I asked for a refund of the service and the tip but she only refunded me for the service then blocked me from being able to communicate with her.
