Excelente servicio la doctora su asistente sper amables y la atencin de la recepcin muy atenta y amables la recomiendo 10/10
First time at this office. Everyone was very nice! Dr. Spearmint was amazing. She explained everything with great detail.
My wife lost a crown they installed poorly. She had issues with it from the start, and it eventually came out less than a year later. We moved an hour away since. She went to a different dentist to get help with the lost crown and was advised it's within SInply Smiles' responsibility to replace it. Simply Smiles' response? 'if you hadn't gone to the other dentist first, we could have fixed it for free.' Fortunately, dentists are licensed through DOPL, and they'll be hearing about this.
I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. And I have to give a special shoutout to Eberle, the emotional support dog, who was absolutely the BEST! 🐶❤
