I wanted to share our great experience at Simply Smiles, the newest dentist here in Lavon. Last week, my son’s crown popped off, but our usual dentist was fully booked. I called Simply Smiles, and the receptionist, Crystal, was incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally gave her the wrong insurance information, but instead of just calling me back, she took the initiative to track down the correct details herself. The dentist was able to see me promptly when one of my old crowns came off, recommend a place for a necessary root canal removal from the affected tooth (which my son said seemed a little pricey, but it was same day service), and then have me back in about a week to get the temporary crown on. The dentist and staff, from front office to assistants, were competent and compassionate- it doesn't get better than that! Highly recommended.
Simple Smiles has been in all my years visiting a dentist the most professionals, friendly and knowledgeable clinic. Love all the staff, they make fill like family. Dr. Phu is extremely carefull with any of the procedures and professional, give a lot of good information about your situation. In addition they are very honest. Very happy with all the visits, my smile looks like new and very beautiful. Highly recommend them.

We had the best dental experience ever at Simply Smiles! My husband was experiencing extreme dental pain and Simply Smiles was able to see him within 30 minutes of my phone call.
