Not locally owned. They are fast at calling you back upon move in, but that's where the customer service stops. Tried multiple times phone and text to notify them we were moving out. They finally called back but we had already moved out by then.
Clean facility but they are horrible at customer service. If you are locked out and make a payment it is almost impossible to contact someone. I've now been locked out for almost 2 weeks after making my payment.
Clean climate controlled facilities. Reasonably priced.
