We bought 2 mattresses at the simply sleep better store. After a week of sleeping on one that we bought for our bedroom my shoulders were more than sore. I went to the parent store to look at what was there. The lady I was speaking to called the person we dealt with at Simply Sleep Better and he informed me that I had to give it more than a week.
