We tried a few dishes from the food truck at Roots and Blues Festival in Salmon Arm. Best Thai food I’ve ever had! 10/10 We had the pad Thai and spring rolls 🤤

In an act of kindness while at the market near closing, I was offered a plate of rice and vegetables. I had a lot going on in life and I was on my way to get food at the time. Such a lovely family owned business. I love ordering my usual: Pad Thai chicken and their spring rolls are absolutely delicious!! Great food and great service !!
