sadly i trusted this small business and they definitely are not up to par. Its a 1 man show that gets nothing done and basically ghosts you after getting paid. I called to follow up and was not happy with the response making it look like me the cuatomer had the issues. Not professional by any means, so do not expect any confirmation of dates of delivery and installation. I bought Hunter Douglas blinds from a store that closed and i came in to Simply Shades and met Nick. The blind i had was discontinued but rather than selling me a comparable new shade for $500 Nick helped me and contacted Hunter Douglas to see if they could repair my current one under. warranty.
