I previously had left a bad review only to find I am a complete idiot..and I was 100000% in the wrong. They were patient and understanding, and we got it figured out. I can't say anything negative about them at this point at all. Very nice facility, and their patience with someone acting a fool is otherworldly.
I had a great experience with Simply Secure Storage in Hastings. The facility was spotless—seriously one of the cleanest storage places I’ve ever seen. The stalls were immaculate, and it was clear they take pride in keeping things well maintained. We were able to get in and out easily with a 26-foot truck, which made a big difference during a busy move. Super convenient, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing reliable, hassle-free storage.
I only had to rent a locker for about 5 months, but it was seamless, Chad was so helpful and worded with me in everything that I needed. I really like the fact that they also have 24/7 access to their facility and that it is gated and always has security. I would definitely rent from them again.
I've been with Simply Secure Storage now for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. Very clean and secure facility. Highly recommend!
