I decided to try out the candles since they were such a good deal and I would be supporting a local black owned business. I will never order from bbw again. These are THE best candles. How you squeezed so much fragrance into a candle that burns so long- I don’t know but hu take all my money, Sis! I bought the 12 variety pack as a trial and every last one smells delicious.

My best friend order candles since December 3 not received them as of yes and today is 1/1/2021 yes she spent 80 and this company keep telling her it’s coming I told my friend I would ask for a refund now this not. How you conduct business if u overwhelmed with it just don’t accept any more orders until u ship out the ones u have already Not trying to be cruel handle your business professionally
Well, they took $200 from me. Never got product. Never responded to my emails and refuse to give me a refund for product I never recieved and order 3 weeks ago. Im hopeful for a resolution, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking and a customer lost.
