Plus was the fresh, healthy option on a hot day. Definitely a step up from subway & good veggie options & can order ahead!! Minus was just a few places to sit & my particular cashier was not helpful. Even though no one else in line, when I asked questions & told her it was my first visit. I ended up modifying a cobb wrap and it cost me $25 for a one wrap, a drink, tax & tip. Good salads. Good size. Friendliness of staff varies. Customer area could use an upgrade/update. Update: My wife and I usually order the same salads respectively. I understand there can be variations when making a salad, but the inconsistency with salads we receive is beyond the tolerance zone.
