Very professional and courteous throughout the whole process
When we arrived we were immediately greeted by an employee. He introduced himself (Dae or day I’m not sure) and brought us inside to figure out what we were looking for. He did amazing making sure he showed us all of the options and even brought us back to previous ones to compare and gave us time to think and decide. Optimum RV Spartanburg had the camper of our dreams. We also had a great experience. Spencer our salesman was very knowledgeable and truthful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Ed our finance guy got our payments where we needed them and transaction went smooth. Julius showed us all the features during our walk through. Russell service tech made a few quick repairs.
