The service center is great!
From the price switching on the paperwork to the delivery of a dirty camper to the title arriving 45 days (2-3 weeks late for NC Titles) after paying cash for the unit, our experience has been horrific at every turn. Do Not Do Business with Optimum RV in Inman. We found them to be untrustworthy and unprofessional in their business practices.
My wife and I came in looking for a small camper after having driven 6.5 hrs to purchase a used camper however it was trash. We hoped to salvage the trip by finding one on the way back home. We found one we liked at optimum that would fit our needs and the online price seemed fair. However after looking at the camper we sat down to talk price mind you we had the cash in my wife's purse to pay for it. The service department staff was very efficient. They got me in and out in no time. My service advisor, Tiffany, was great with communication answering all my questions. The RV technician, Drew, was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Optimum RV service department for any service related issues and warranties.
