I was scammed by Kristi. She charged my insurance first for $450 for work she did not do and then the second time she made me come in when I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance when I was sick with the flu because she has a seven day cancellation policy which is unheard of. I went in and laid on a table for an hour breathing and she charged my insurance $300 for work she did not do once again. I have brought this to her attention twice.
