Peter is a great guy, overall. Did a leak repair and remodel for me and it looked great. The problem is, the pool began leaking again after $17,350 worth of remodel and repair and was only temporarily patched with material that didn't even match. Began leaking again, and began to call Simply Pools and they would not return calls. Called, emailed, and called some more. Its been almost three years with an empty pool and cannot get anyone to even return my calls. Poor customer service, and sorry to have to bash you all. But BUY... read more
