My initial experience with Carlos was positive. He was prompt and quick to respond when I reached out to him about fixing my kitchen sink disposal. However, the disposal still had issues after his first visit. Carlos agreed to come back and investigate further but canceled on the day of the appointment and assured me that he would reschedule. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. I tried reaching out several times via text but still received no response.
