An unfortunate experience.. Communication breakdowns at several points. To start, my wife was left waiting for over an hour during the initial scheduled appointment. The subsequent quotes were late, for the wrong items, and we had to pester them multiple times to get them to take action. This process took over a month to resolve. After receiving a suitable quote and a contract was agreed on, things seemed to improve. We hired Simply Perfect Decor to provide the decor at our wedding. Amanda was so excellent to work with and she did a fantastic job capturing our ideas and turning them into a fantastic reception room. We were so happy with how everything was put together and highly recommend her services.
If we could leave we 10/10 we would! Amanda really saved us and made our Wedding so beautiful. We had a vendor back out and she stepped up so much we actually felt happy the other people did. She made suggestions and made last minute changes which made everything come together. We were absolutely blown away with her work ethic, professionalism and ability to see our vision. Amanda was helpful with all the planning and changing things on her last minute for my wedding absolutely 10000% I would recommend her for all the decor my wedding turned out absolutely stunning all the guests were in love with it all.
