This is the second time we have had an appointment where we waited over 30 minutes before asking what was going on. They have been short staffed but they don’t communicate that to the patients. They just let you sit and wait. In addition this is the second time they have told us we need a 6 week follow up but the schedule is not out yet. How is one supposed to plan for the next visit when they do not have their schedule set?!! I am very upset. Our older daughter had her braces done with this group and it went fine. Always a positive experience at Simply Orthodontics. I’m very happy with the care they have given to both my children. Such a friendly and kind office.
Very friendly and welcoming. Explained everything and answered any questions. Very pleased with our experience.
They never return phone calls or voice mails. Now they are kicking my daughter out for lack of appointments. Which is infuriating because we have tried so many times to make appointments and they never call back.
