Was so happy to start my Journey with Simply orthodontics in Worcester for a better smile! Ive also had follow-ups appointments at the Grafton Simply orthodontics as well. I wore braces for two years and was still left with a space in my front right top area. I was told by the main orthodontic dentist when they rushed to takeoff my braces, that the space would improve and close with the Visalign retainers that they provide me with after removing my braces. Great location, great service!
Great dentist. But billing department is truly bad. I’ve had bills revised. I’ve been told twice that I’m completely paid for. Only for billing to make additional changes. Do not trust anything they say and get everything in writing. I truly wish we went with a different orthodontist. Chris
