Great experience from A to Z! Efficient processes, timely appointments, and staff were friendly and wonderful. Dr. John is so knowledgeable and spent sufficient time going through my daughters’ images and proposed treatment plan. He and his staff were also super warm with the kids. I was surpised to learn that that level of service was complimentary for initial consult. Highly recommend Simply Orthodontics!!
I could not recommend Simply Orthodontics highly enough. After seeing a local orthodontist in Oak Park who made me feel that the treatment I would require would be too hard describing my case as a "burger with the lot" I found my way to Jonathan at Simply Orthodontics. Everyone is so helpful and generous except what happened today with one person, I have never came across before in centre. Her name is Sina, and was disappointing. She didn't assist me with my query and instead directed me to figure things out myself, making me roam around to solve my own booking issue. She was giving attitude and was rude. She was directing me to go to Broadmeadows instead just because she was unable to find me a booking slot. I wonder thats how she’d solve Pt. problems just by directing them elsewhere.
Dr Jason Yap and his team are amazing to deal with. They are very professional, friendly and polite. I'm very happy with the service, I highly recommend them! I'm very satisfied with the result from uisng invisilign.
Dr Jason is amazing, always extremely helpful. His team are always friendly and extremely helpful. Last minute phone call and they can always fit you in.
