They were quick to get back to me after I reached out with questions. When I was ready to schedule, I got in for consultations within a week. Paperwork and check-in was organized and clear. I took in four kids. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were walked through our options clearly - with documentation I could bring home. There were many small touches that added up to a fabulously warm welcome. From the board with my name on it as a new patient, to the smiles and greetings from ALL the staff. All my questions were answered and I was given all the time I needed to make my decisions. They have state of the art technology and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend Simply Orthodontics!
Simply orthodontics was a wonderful experience for us. Having follow ups long after the procedure to make sure nothing moves is quite wonderful. Scheduling appointments was always easy and made convenient. Thank you guys
We drove 2 hours and now I cant get braces my insurance doesn't cover it.Its like they scammed us
