I was in treatment with them for about a year and a half! Absolutely love everything about them. The receptionists are always so welcoming and sweet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As many times as I had to come in over the course of my treatment, I have never had a bad experience. And of course, I am so much more confident with smiling than I ever been. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for Invisalign or braces!
I have been with Simply Ortho for 2 years now, and never, have I regretted it. The team is phenomenal. I am consistently met with a smile at the front desk. All the receptionists are kind hearted and very understanding. The orthodontists are lovely, gentle, and make great conversation. Everyone is highly educated and knowledgeable, and the environment is highly put together and clean. Always. I am very grateful for my experience, and I finally feel beautiful when I smile. Highly recommend 🤍
Have yet to get the actual braces but the initial assessment was low pressure and polite.
We just completed Phase 1 of our orthodontic journey, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Jodi, who was incredibly patient and kind with my anxious child at every appointment. She always helped make the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. We are so happy with the results and grateful for the excellent care from the entire team!
I was recommended this place by my sister. Truly a great place. I’m a pretty anxious person with dentist/orthodontic appointments but my last appointment Jodi made me laugh and made the entire experience quite pleasant. Dr Duncan is an amazing doctor and couldn’t recommend the clinic or staff enough. I started noticing a different in my teeth within the first few weeks :)
