Going in to get braces as an adult wasn’t exactly exciting for me… but Rachelle and the other employees at Simply Orthodontics were so kind and welcoming. I honestly kind of had fun hah! Rachelle listened to my questions and was thorough when answering them. She kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m glad I chose Simply Orthodontics and feel lucky to have been treated by Rachelle! I would recommend this team to anyone.
Chrissy was absolutely fantastic in explaining what was happening, and treatment options to not just myself, but also so that my children could understand what was needed to be done. She was very kind and patient with my family and I cannot thank her enough.

Absolutely horrible place, They put my child in a dark room and took out her jewelry for no reason whatsoever, as well as taking everything from our plan before even putting their fingers in my child's mouth once.
