I’ve had a fantastic experience with Simply Orthodontics. The entire team is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every appointment a positive experience. They take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their patients.
I was an adult patient and had Dr Jason Yap as my orthodontist. He did an excellent job of fixing my massive overbite and crooked teeth plus was very accommodating when I had to have my braces removed temporarily for an urgent brain MRI so that was appreciated during a stressful time. I'm also glad he did not try to push Invisalign on me like other orthos and dentists have in the past as I didn't want Invisalign. It was easy to get in quickly for appointments too when I needed wires trimmed and things like that. Thanks :)
Great experience from A to Z! Efficient processes, timely appointments, and staff were friendly and wonderful. Dr. John is so knowledgeable and spent sufficient time going through my daughters’ images and proposed treatment plan. He and his staff were also super warm with the kids. I was surpised to learn that that level of service was complimentary for initial consult. Highly recommend Simply Orthodontics!!
