Katy was so amazing fitting me in right away for an appointment as soon as I got home from the hospital. Our little girl had jaundice and therefore establishing beast feeding while needing to top up for the first little bit was difficult and only manageable with the help of Katy! She was available via text/phone for 2 weeks after the appointment for free, which was a huge help. She responded so quickly as well. Katy is amazing. After attending her breastfeeding prep class, I immediately booked a session to get her help when my baby arrived. Despite my son arriving two weeks early, Katy was able to adapt her schedule to fit me in and within seconds identified why I was having issues with painful latch. She helped me troubleshoot on the spot, and gave helpful tips for continuing to correct the issue. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone hoping to breastfeed.
Katy was so kind, supportive and knowledgeable! My baby stopped taking a bottle at 3.5 months and now at 5 months she gave me the confidence and tips to get back on track with the bottle feeding.
