***Update*** Customer service has been very kind and responsive. They even consulted the artisan and provided a clear explanation and instructions for me to try. My initial emails had gone to their junk folder, which caused some delay in communication. I appreciate their support and follow‑up. I’ve never visited the physical store, but I’ve purchased online many times. The products are excellent, the matcha in particular is outstanding.
