WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My appointment was at 5:30, they pushed it o 5:45. 6:15 came nobody serving me. I got upset and they looked at me like I had 10 heads. I said when is someone going to be with me nobody answered until I started getting upset. Nobody told me “give me a little” or “so and so will be with you” they just stared at me. One of the women said they close at 7:30… wouldn’t that make them want to start me sooner? Instead of them apologizing they made it worse by making excuses, very unprofessional.

It’s very bad service they can’t understand me and she broke my nails and tried to blame me that I have acrylic I don’t recommend it don’t go there
I hate to do this but...$90 for unshaped, uneven,lumpy product isn't right..my hands are sore from how aggressive the filling of my nails was..so many people have told me to go back and get my money back.. I continuously told her to shape the nail so it's not flared at the end and she kept repeating that it would break if she did that. The result was thick..flared "duck" nails..and I'm not happy with the result.. -- As for my pedicure? Beautiful, amazing, everything was perfect and the lady was very gentle on my feet
