I was very pleased with my experience at Simply MRI! Everyone there was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. When I got there, I didn't have to wait long after filling out the forms, they took me right away. The whole experience was a good one and I highly recommend them! Definitely worth the money! It took about an hour and a half, but the MRI machine is bright and spacious, so not bad at all...
This place is so unprofessional with their communication that I literally felt I was being pranked by a teenager or something. I asked them several specific questions that should have been answered on their site but instead I was given a vague unclear answer, then when I asked a second time I was given a 2 word unclear answer. Then with their 3rd reply they claimed that they answered my questions even though in the 3rd reply they proceeded to answer another question that wasn't answered in the first 2 replies they gave. I am exceptionally pleased with my experience at Simply MRI. Excellent professional services and booking. They responded within 24 hours of receiving my referral. I had a full body MRI and the techologist was very kind and professional. I was not rushed but rather they took the time to make me feel at ease. The turn around time for my completed reports was fast and had my reports and scans sent to me within 2 business days. My orthopedic surgeon was very impressed with the quality of images. I had a terrible experience with Simply MRI. The day before my appointment, the radiologist confirmed that my device was MRI-compatible and told me, “See you tomorrow.” I drove 2 hours for the scan, only to have the on-site radiologist refuse to do it once I arrived. This last-minute reversal completely wasted my time, energy, and travel costs. Their communication and professionalism were unacceptable. I strongly warn others against trusting this clinic with their care.
