I love Simply Modern Bridal! From start to finish, they exceeded expectations and delivered me a beautiful and unforgettable wedding gown that I am so excited to wear. They were my first bridal appointment, in which I purchased my dress. I ended up with a dress that Kay had picked out for me... she hit my style on the nail! I visited this shop in late winter 2017. I tried on several dresses and also went to other stores. I was very clear in my communication that I had a specific budget for my dress and that number included any necessary alterations. The sales associate kept going back to this one dress. This specific dress would fit in my budget and "it was going to fit beautifully". I had plenty of time to keep shopping but "this dress is the one and you will be under your budget" The dress was described to me as last spring's (2016) line. Sup... read more

This review is mixed for me. I love the staff at this place - they were very helpful during the entire process and for that I would definitely give them five stars. However, the alterations process through this store leaves something to be desired. I learned a valuable lesson with my wedding dress, which was that you need to be VERY clear and cover every single inch of your dress in the consultation or you'll end up with something that doesn't work. I randomly came across this bridal shop after going to lunch with my mother. I stopped in there to see what they had to offer and the main thing that stood out to me was the ladies that work there. I had such a great feeling just speaking with the ladies who work there. I felt so special and I only was just browsing!
