Asking for a skin fade I had to trim up my side burns with a number one when I got home Lindsay gave a terrible cut! Jessica the owner called me to try to compensate! I did not want a free cut or a refund just another haircut which when I tried to schedule Jessica gave me an attitude that I just wanted something for free when I told her I just wanted another cut she didn’t have tile! I guess that is what happens when you open for a 3 hour day!!

Jessica has been cutting my boys hair since they’ve been receiving haircuts. She does an amazing job. Always very polite, courteous, and accommodating. Her entire staff is such. You will also not find a more beautiful barber shop in all of West Chester. She has done an amazing job with the vibe and decor inside. You will not regret booking a haircut here. Jessica and the rest of her staff are more than qualified!
