Hate writing negative reviews but had such a poor experience here. I was visiting and decided to book a 90-min massage. I get monthly massages and have been for many years, so I've seen a lot of therapists. This massage was like nothing I've had, and not in a good way. While they checked in with me to see if I had any problem areas, they did not do anything with that info. This is one of the reasons I book 90 min vs 60 - to ensure there is time for problem areas. Lovely experience. 60min massage was super special. S/O to Alex!! Professional, friendly and was able to get to knots that I didnt know existed.
So I made an appointment over the phone from June Lake area to treat a shoulder injury. They said they needed my card to reserve my appt. I reluctantly did and wasn't able to find parking and they hit me with, "oh, we will have to charge you full price since you canceled " I totally disagreed and wasn't told about a cancelation policy. Then they hit me with we will only charge you half and they charged me for the full 160.00! Bad business practices. Do not go there. This place was great. I honestly wasn't expecting much but my massage with Katalin was amazing. I had a leg injury from a snowboard accident earlier in the week and she did a great job of working around it while also making my leg feel better.
